A Signature Plan at a Set Price
Palisades 2.0 is a two-story home for the Palisades fire rebuild: a standard plan, engineered in steel, that you can buy at a set price of $695/sf plus site work. The steel wall panels are built off-site and the rest of the home is built on your lot by our crews. Your Palisades 2.0 home comes with a selection of finish materials and colors from our pre-selected palette, all included in the base price. Upgrades to premium materials or finishes outside the palette are welcome and will be added at their prevailing market rate.

1. The Design
A two-story modern farmhouse with white plaster, black steel windows, a standing seam metal roof and stone chimneys. Wide glass doors open the kitchen and family room to the back patio.

• Designed for a 6,500 sf lot (50 ft x 130 ft) or larger
2. Steel Frame, Built Off-Site
The light-gauge steel wall panels, floor joists and roof trusses are engineered and fabricated off-site in a controlled facility while your foundation is poured.
• Delivered to your lot in pre-cut, pre-assembled panels
• Erected quickly by our crew, with less waste and fewer days on site
• Steel doesn't burn, warp, rot or attract termites
• Paired with MGO board, Rockwool insulation and a standing seam metal roof
Not included: site work, such as utility connections, soil removal and recompaction, grading, site walls, hardscape and landscaping. Optional: swimming pool and wildfire sprinkler system.
