CONSTRUCTION DESIGN

From schematic plans to full construction drawings. We also provide structural, soils and civil engineering, survey and we deal with City planning departments to obtain all required permits for construction. For expediting we use Crest Real Estate who use exclusively for all our larger projects.

Empire Group then overseas the implementation of the design during the course of construction to make sure all construction details are properly followed with daily site visits.

3D CAD RENDERINGS

With in house state of the art CAD BIM software we can turn our 2D drawings into fully rendered 3D CAD models which can be viewed at from any angle, We can even produce quicktime videos flying around and through the 3D design model.

We find these 3D renderings really help our clients fully visualize the final design before we even break ground. We even produce custom textures to give the perfect finishes to the final model.

INTERIOR DESIGN

We have provided Interior Design for many different styles from classical to contemporary for both residential and commercial clients. From initial concept boards to furniture plans, office layouts, soft furnishings and even furniture design. Our work ethic is summed up by three things.

LIGHTING DESIGN

Lighting is one of Philip's specialities. From consultation to full schematic designs for both interior and exterior. We use the latest technology from Muiltiset switching to full home automated computer systems for lighting, security and Audio. Crestron, Lutron, Savant, RTI, Control 4, Sonos are all systems that we have installed and are familiar with.

The technology is becoming so intuitive that every system can be custom designed to the way you live. In addition to the design and CAD drawings, we manage and select only the best Lighting, Audio and video sub contractors for the installation to avoid any costly mistakes.
