Empire Group Fine Construction Inc. was founded by Philip Conway-Burt in 2008 with the focus on Construction Services for High-end New Homes, Gut Renovations, Restoration and Property Development.
In addition to our Construction Services we also offer architectural design, Interior Design and Landscape Design. We have partnered with Landscape designer Teri Ciarlo of Teryl Designs Landscaping to offer the Landscape Design service. All the Design services are done in-house primarily by Philip Conway-Burt, but we also collaborate and partner with other architects and Interior Designers depending one each clients preferences.
We are currently working on a 12,000 sf new construction in Beverly Hills and are starting a remodel in the Pacific Palisades. Our projects are typically on the Westside of LA and range from 2000 sq ft up to 16,000 sq ft in size with styles ranging from traditional to contemporary.
