Empire Group's founder Philip Conway-Burt's knowledge of construction and design comes from 23 years of experience in both London and for the last 16 years in Los Angeles, California.
Graduating from KLC school of Design in 1997 as an interior designer he formed Empire Design with his wife Ruthie and began Developing and restoring Grade II listed homes and country houses. In 2000 he relocated the company to Brentwood Los Angeles and established a Design/Build firm Empire Design LLC.
In 2010 Philip acquired his contractors license and established Empire Group Fine Construction Inc. The company switched its emphasis from being primarily a design based firm to a Design and Build Construction Firm specializing in Custom new Nomes, Remodels and Property Development for wealthy clients.
Empire Group expertly creates the vision, working up designs, obtaining the necessary planning consents, to high level Construction Management, detailed programs, cost management and Interior Design.
